Course Reserves Request


Policy of Course Reserves Request

1. Instructors may place materials on reserve for the students enrolled in specific courses. Before the beginning of each semester, instructors may submit 「Application Form for Course Reserves」to the Reference Services.  
2. Reserve materials are for in-library use only and are held at 1F Reference Desk or 2F e-Learning Center.
3. Information for completing the 「Application Form for Course Reserves」:
3.1 Items accepted for reserve include books and audio-visual materials. Please do not place periodicals and reference books on reserve.
3.2 Items in Library holdings: please include required information which  displayed in WebPAC.
3.3 Reserve purchase request : please note "Reserve Purchase" in the field of "Accession No". Processing period for domestic purchase is 3 weeks and for foreign purchase is 2 months.
3.4 Instructor's personal materials: please note "Personal materials" in the field of "Accession No".
3.5 Please submit the requests by the end of January and August and be certain to mark "Semester" box.

This policy and amendments thereof take effect after the approval of The Library Administration.
