To aid you in keep track of all your transactions, the following courtesy email notices will be automatically sent by Library WebPAC system to patrons.

Luking Library Reminder of Due Date 7, 3, 1 day(s) before due date
Luking Library Notice of Overdue Item(s) 3, 10, 20 days after due date
Luking Library Notice of Overdue Fine 1 week before midterm exam
1 week before final exam
Luking Library Notice of Long-Overdue Item(s) 30 days after due date
Luking Library Notice of Reserved Items Pick-up 1 day after the items have been returned to Circulation Desk
Luking Library Notice of Reservation Cancellation 1 day after hold is cancelled
Luking Library Receipt for Returned Books via Book Drop At 22:00 on each working day
 
Please note:
1. Notices are provided as a courtesy. Failure to read or receive an e-mail notice does not relieve the patron of responsibility for overdue items or resulting fines.
2. All email notices will be sent to your email account registered in「View your Record」. Because the personal information will be updated on a per semester basis,  (PU email account is the default setting in the system) you are strongly encouraged to check your email account each semester . 
3. If you have any question about the notices you have received, please go to 1F Circulation Desk or phone campus ext. 11651 for further information.
