簡介

Gale Research 是全世界第一個從事電子資料庫的公司，它的資料庫範圍包括電子資訊，文學、倫理
學及環境學等。資料庫形式則分書本、線上作業、光碟片及專為客戶特別設計的格式四大類。Gale
Research Inc.的主要資料庫包括 Encyclopedia of Associations, Gale Directory of Databases, Contemporary
Authors, World Business Directory 和其他數百種不同的資料庫，除此之外Gale還提供 20萬的傳真用戶各
種有關傳真方面的消息及促銷活動，目前 Gale 公司除發行光碟資料外，也開發完成 Online database "
GaleNet "，飛資得公司取得GaleNet 在台獨家代理權，並邀請 Gale 公司的副總裁夫婦來台出席此次發表
會。
