Through the Central Taiwan University/College Libraries Consortium Library Card, PU eligible patrons have in-person borrowing privileges at the 24 member libraries across central Taiwan without charge.

Service for：
1. Identified applicants from member libraries.
2.PU full-time faculty, staff and students apply for consortium’s library card.
Service hours：Mon.–Fri. 9:00-17:00 ； 19:00-20:30
Service desk：1F Circulation Desk
How to：
Register personal info. online > Receive email notice of Acceptance > Log in to register target libraries > Receive email notice of Acceptance > Have an one-inch photo and PU ID card ready > 1F Circulation Desk for library card pick-up
Notes：
‧ Library card pick-up procedure must be accomplished within 15 days after the Acceptance date shown on the email notice.
‧ Number of loan items and loan period are subject to the lending library policies.
